Often known by titles such as “the advocate” and “the counselor”, INFJ is one of the the 16 Myers Briggs personality types. Generally speaking we INFJ’s are deep-thinking compassionate organized introverts with an inner world that is often complex and mysterious. With these factors combined, many of us enjoy exploring our inner world as we look for ways to improve the world or at least touch a few lives. This often comes in the form of INFJ’s counseling others or advocating for causes they believe in, and often we do so through writing.
Take a look for example at J.K Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books. Rowling took the Myers Briggs test and tweeted that she is INFJ. According to CelebrityTypes other INFJ’s who have left their mark on the world through their writings include Plato, Carl Jung, Dante Alighieri, Agatha Christie, Spinoza, Schopenhauer, Tolstoy, and Dostoevsky.
Thus INFJWriters.com was created for two reasons:
- To review and pay tribute to some of the great INFJ writers of today and throughout history.
- As a platform for every day INFJ’s who wish to share their writings with the world.
If you fit into the latter category, we invite you to come blog with us.
